Tomato, mozzarella and Nergi® Kiwi Berry salad

  • 1 tray of Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 500g mixed tomatoes (beef tomatoes, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pepper mill
  1. In a frying pan, lightly fry the pine nuts. Set aside.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, spring onion and Mini Kiwis in half.
  3. Arrange them on a large plate and place the mozzarella in the centre.
  4. Add the olive oil, vinegar, dill, fleur de sel and pepper.
  5. Enjoy with some farmhouse bread. ©Poire & Cactus
