Ingredients
- 1 tray of Nergi® Kiwi Berries
- 500g mixed tomatoes (beef tomatoes, cherry tomatoes)
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 spring onion
- 2 sprigs of dill
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper mill
Recipe
- In a frying pan, lightly fry the pine nuts. Set aside.
- Cut the tomatoes, spring onion and Mini Kiwis in half.
- Arrange them on a large plate and place the mozzarella in the centre.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, dill, fleur de sel and pepper.
- Enjoy with some farmhouse bread. ©Poire & Cactus
