Little Savoury Cheesecakes with Nergi® Kiwi Berries

  • Base:
  • 80g rolled oats
  • 20g sesame seeds
  • 50g odourless coconut oil, melted
  • 30g parmesan, grated
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cream cheese filling:
  • 100g Nergi Kiwi Berries
  • 300g fromage frais
  • 30g soy cream
  • 8 tomatoes confit (sun-dried/roasted)
  • 6 sprigs chives
  • 6 sprigs dill
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 turn of pepper mill
  1. Place all the ingredients for the base in a blender. Blend slightly. Press into moulds with a spoon. Chill.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the fromage frais with the soy cream. Add the finely sliced tomatoes, chopped herbs and Nergi berries cut into pieces. Salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Pour into moulds on top of base prepared earlier. Chill for 20 min before removing from moulds. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. ©Guillaume Jean Pierre
