Porridge with Nergi® Kiwi Berries

  • 8 Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Topping
  • 6 Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 1 apple
  • 10 almonds, crushed
  1. In a saucepan, mix the almond milk with the cinnamon and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, then pour in the oats.
  2. Cook 5 - 8 min. on low heat, stirring regularly. Add the halved Kiwi berries at end of cooking.
  3. For the topping, fry the chopped apple in a pan with a dash of maple syrup and a little water until soft.
  4. Place porridge in bowls and add apples, crushed almonds and Kiwi berries as a topping. © Guillaume Jean Pierre
