Nergi® kiwi berry and chia seed ice-pops

  • 2 punnets Nergi® kiwi berries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml rice milk
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  1. Mix the chia seeds with the milks and vanilla sugar; leave to soak for 2 hours.
  2. Cut the Nergi® mini kiwis in half and place slices on the edges of the ice-pop moulds.
  3. Pour the chia seed mixture into the moulds.
  4. Place in the freezer overnight. © Charline Wirth
