Greek-style Nergi® Kiwi Berry skewers

  • 1 punnet Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block feta
  • 1 red onion
  • 20 pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 pinches fine salt
  1. Wash, dry and cut the Kiwi berries and cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the feta into small cubes. Slice the onion into large squares. Drain the olives.
  2. Mix the olive oil with the oregano and salt in a small ramekin and set aside.
  3. Place the ingredients on the skewers: 1/2 Kiwi Berry, 1 cube of feta, 1 square of red onion, 1 olive, 1/2 cherry tomato.
  4. Drizzle each skewer with the oregano olive oil mixture.
  5. Chill and enjoy as an appetizer with drinks! ©Megalowfood
