Granola with Nergi Kiwi Berries

Ingredients
  • Granola
  • 200 g small oat flakes
  • 50 g buckwheat flakes
  • 90 g agave syrup
  • 2 tsp chia seeds + 10 tsp water
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 3 tsp creamy hazelnut purée
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped blanched almonds
  • Granola bowl
  • 1 pot yoghurt (plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 12 Nergi Kiwi Berries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Recipe
  1. Mix the chia seeds and water and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the oats, agave syrup, olive oil, hazelnut purée and chia seeds. Add the hemp seeds and almonds.
  3. Spread on a baking tray. Bake at 170°C for 15/20 minutes, the mixture should lightly brown.
  4. Allow to cool and gently break the granola into large pieces.
  5. Bake the granola for another 5 minutes at 170°C. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl. Add 2 large tbs of granola and the Mini Kiwis cut in half.
