Ingredients
- For the salad:
- 1 punnet Nergi® Kiwi Berries
- 1 pear
- 1 goat’s cheese log
- Rocket
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small bowl breadcrumbs
- 1 handful pecan nuts
- Dressing:
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp French mustard
- 1 tbs water
Recipe
- Cut three thick slices of goat’s cheese. Dip them in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step a second time to cover the cheese completely. Fry for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- Arrange the rocket, pear slices, pecan nuts, halved Mini Kiwis and warm breaded goat’s cheese slices on a plate.
- Season to taste. Enjoy immediately. © Justine Taulin
