Ingredients
  • For the salad:
  • 1 punnet Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 1 pear
  • 1 goat’s cheese log
  • Rocket
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small bowl breadcrumbs
  • 1 handful pecan nuts
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp French mustard
  • 1 tbs water
Recipe
  1. Cut three thick slices of goat’s cheese. Dip them in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step a second time to cover the cheese completely. Fry for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Arrange the rocket, pear slices, pecan nuts, halved Mini Kiwis and warm breaded goat’s cheese slices on a plate.
  3. Season to taste. Enjoy immediately. © Justine Taulin
