Ingredients
- 2 punnets Nergi® Kiwi Berries
- 200 g flour
- ½ sachet baking powder
- 20 g caster sugar
- 2 tbs sunflower oil
- 200 g almond milk
- 1 tbs white vinegar
- Maple or agave syrup
Recipe
- Combine the almond milk and white vinegar in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and oil. Add the milk and vinegar mixture slowly. Combine until smooth.
- Brown each pancake in a warm non-stick pan. Serve with halved Nergi® Mini Kiwis and a drizzle of maple or agave syrup. © Justine Taulin
