Flying pancakes with Nergi® Kiwi Berries

Ingredients
  • 2 punnets Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ sachet baking powder
  • 20 g caster sugar
  • 2 tbs sunflower oil
  • 200 g almond milk
  • 1 tbs white vinegar
  • Maple or agave syrup
Recipe
  1. Combine the almond milk and white vinegar in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and oil. Add the milk and vinegar mixture slowly. Combine until smooth.
  3. Brown each pancake in a warm non-stick pan. Serve with halved Nergi® Mini Kiwis and a drizzle of maple or agave syrup. © Justine Taulin
