Cream cheese, raspberry and Nergi® Kiwi Berries toasts

  • 2 trays of Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 1 tray of raspberries
  • 1/2 round loaf of wholemeal bread
  • 125g spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 sprigs of dill and chives
  • A few baby lettuce leaves
  • Freshly milled pepper
  1. Cut 6 slices of bread and toast them for 2 minutes in a toaster.
  2. Spread with cream cheese.
  3. On each slice, place the Mini Kiwis cut in half, and the raspberries. Add the fresh herbs, the baby lettuce, the olive oil and the honey.
  4. Finish with some freshly ground pepper. © Poire & Cactus
