Ingredients
- 2 trays of Nergi® Kiwi Berries
- 1 tray of raspberries
- 1/2 round loaf of wholemeal bread
- 125g spreadable cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 sprigs of dill and chives
- A few baby lettuce leaves
- Freshly milled pepper
Recipe
- Cut 6 slices of bread and toast them for 2 minutes in a toaster.
- Spread with cream cheese.
- On each slice, place the Mini Kiwis cut in half, and the raspberries. Add the fresh herbs, the baby lettuce, the olive oil and the honey.
- Finish with some freshly ground pepper. © Poire & Cactus
