Cesar salad with Nergi® Kiwi Berries

Ingredients
  • 1 tray of Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 2 chicken escalopes
  • Mesclun salad mix
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper
Recipe
  1. Sear the chicken cutlets in a pan. Add salt and pepper. Once golden brown, cut them into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and fry them for a few minutes. Set aside.
  3. Arrange the salad on plates, add the chicken, pumpkin seeds, croutons, chopped red onion, finely chopped parsley and the halved Mini Kiwis.
  4. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Poire & Cactus
