Ingredients
- 1 Nergi® punnet (125 g)
- 450 g pork filet cut into cubes
- ½ red pepper
- ½ yellow pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 table spoon neutral oil
- 1 table spoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 table spoon savoury soy sauce
- ¼ tea spoon Espelette chili
- 1 table spoon of unsalted peanuts
Recipe
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix the sauces with the chili. Cut the Nergi® in half. Cut the pork into cubes. Crush the peanuts.
- In a wok or frying pan, heat up the oil. Fry the meat until it is golden, add the vegetables, sprinkle in sauce.
- Finish cooking the meat and add the Nergi®. Fry for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with white rice, sprinkled with the crushed peanuts.
