Sweet and sour Nergi® kiwi berries wok dish

Ingredients
  • 1 Nergi® punnet (125 g)
  • 450 g pork filet cut into cubes
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 table spoon neutral oil
  • 1 table spoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon savoury soy sauce
  • ¼ tea spoon Espelette chili
  • 1 table spoon of unsalted peanuts
Recipe
  1. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix the sauces with the chili. Cut the Nergi® in half. Cut the pork into cubes. Crush the peanuts.
  2. In a wok or frying pan, heat up the oil. Fry the meat until it is golden, add the vegetables, sprinkle in sauce.
  3. Finish cooking the meat and add the Nergi®. Fry for 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately with white rice, sprinkled with the crushed peanuts.
