Refreshing fennel and Nergi® kiwi berry duo

  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 Nergi® punnet (125 g)
  • Juice of one lime
  • Mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper
  1. Finely dice the fennel and kiwi berries.
  2. Add to a mixing bowl.
  3. Finely chop the mint leaves and add to the preparation.
  4. Season with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Combine.
  5. Arrange nicely in small bowls – it's ready!
