Nergi® kiwi Berry Preserve

  • 250 g Nergi® Kiwi Berry
  • 25 g agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Slice the Nergi® kiwi berries.
  2. Add them to a blender.
  3. Add the chia seeds.
  4. Add the agave syrup.
  5. Blend.
  6. Mix until you have an even consistency.
  7. Pour into a jar.
  8. Leave to stand for 1 hour until cool.
  9. Enjoy with a plant-based yoghurt (or other).
  10. Or try with granola or chocolate.
  11. Also delicious with wholemeal bread.
  12. The preserve can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
  13. Tuck in!
