Ingredients
- 1 punnet Nergi Kiwi Berries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 70 g wheat flour
- 30 g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 and a half tbsp olive oil or neutral oil
- 2 tsp smooth almond purée
Recipe
- Cut the Kiwi Berries in half and lightly crush them. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Crumble mixture: Mix the flour, ground almonds and sugar. Add the maple syrup, oil and almond purée. If the mixture is too crumbly, add a few drops of plant-based milk.
- Spread the crumble mixture over the Mini Kiwis. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. © Vanessa Pollet
