NERGI® in disguise

  • 2 packs of NERGI®
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g de sugar
  • 100 g water
  • To decorate : poppy seeds, pine nuts, multicoloured decorative sweets.
  1. Making the caramel: Pour sugar into a clean saucepan, add water. Bring to the boil. Once the caramel is a nice blond colour, cool it down by placing the saucepan into cold water.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Dip the NERGI® in the dark or white chocolate or caramel, depending on your preference, then add the decorative elements.
