Ingredients
- 2 Nergi® punnets (250 g)
- 150 g white chocolate
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g de sugar
- 100 g water
- To decorate : poppy seeds, pine nuts, multicoloured decorative sweets.
Recipe
- Making the caramel: Pour sugar into a clean saucepan, add water. Bring to the boil. Once the caramel is a nice blond colour, cool it down by placing the saucepan into cold water.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Dip the Nergi® in the dark or white chocolate or caramel, depending on your preference, then add the decorative elements.
