Mini Halloween Nergi® kiwi berries carrot cake

  • Nergi® kiwi berries
  • 50g flour
  • 70g powdered almonds
  • 250g grated carrot
  • 65g white sugar
  • 25g brown sugar
  • 60g grated coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 25ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • White sugar edible pearls
  • Black sugar paste
  • Orange cupcake cases
  • Cookie cutter
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Breack the eggs.
  3. Mix the eggs and sugar.
  4. Add the flour.
  5. The yeast.
  6. The powedered almonds.
  7. The grated coconut and salt.
  8. Add 25ml oil.
  9. Cinnamon powder.
  10. Then the grated carrots.
  11. Place the mixture in the cases.
  12. Heat in the oven for 30 minutes.
  13. Knead the sugar paste.
  14. To make it easier to roll out.
  15. Cut out circles 1mm thick.
  16. And 2cm in diameter.
  17. Cut out little teeth.
  18. Then small 1mm diameter circles.
  19. Place the halved kiwi berries® in the centre.
  20. And add the edible pearls on top.
  21. To make little eyes!
  22. Decorate with white icing.
  23. Feel free to add your own creative touches!
