Dessert To serve Cold
Manzana and NERGI® Panna cotta

  • 2 packs of NERGI®
  • 60 cL cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 gelatine sheets
  • 5 cl old rum
  • 8 raspberries
  1. Making the panna cotta: mix the sugar and cream, warm up. Soften the gelatine with cold water, then add to the mixture. Flavour with old rum.
  2. Divide between 4 verrine glasses and put in refrigerator.
  3. Crush the raspberries, add the NERGI® (cut in half), mix and divide between the verrines. Servechilled.
