Lemon and lime water with Nergi® Kiwi Berries

Ingredients
  • 1 litre still water
  • 1 punnet Nergi® Kiwi Berries
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 mint leaves
Recipe
  1. Rinse the mint leaves and put them in a jug.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and half a lime. Cut the other halves into thin sections. Cut the kiwi berries in half.
  3. Add the Nergi® kiwi berries, the lemon and lime to the jug and cover with a litre of water.
  4. Leave to infuse for four hours in the refrigerator before serving. © Sarah Roggi
