Clafoutis with Nergi® kiwi berries

Budget mini
  • 500 ml milk (2 1/4 cups)
  • 150 g flour (1 1/4 cup)
  • 100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 Nergi® punnet (125g)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add the milk, whisking until homogeneous.
  4. Cut the Nergi® kiwi berries into thick slices.
  5. Butter individual moulds and line with the Nergi®.
  6. Pour the preparation into the moulds.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
