Blueberry bircher with Nergi®

  • 1/3 cup cashew milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup + ¼ cup porridge oats
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 apple, cored and finely grated
  • ½ lemon, the juice
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla bean
  1. Add cashew milk, blueberries and honey to a powerful blender and blend well.
  2. Combine the ”blueberry milk” with oats, yogurt, apple, lemon juice and vanilla and let sit overnight in the fridge.
  3. In the morning top with tahini, maple syrup, Nergi, and sweet dukkah. ©Sonja Dahlgren
